Establish a Baseline

EG believes that progress cannot be measured without first establishing a baseline. Sustainability Performance Management requires the establishment of a baseline footprint and metrics that can be used to measure the outcomes of proposed/enacted initiatives.

Develop a Strategy

EG has designed a set of sustainability key performance indicators (KPI’s), based on the United Nation’s Urban Environmental Accords, which measure energy use, waste reduction, urban design, urban nature, transportation, environmental health, and water use.
